DPR Respectfully Dismisses Hadi Tjahjanto as Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces

Commission I of the DPR respectfully dismissed Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto as TNI Commander to be replaced with General Andika Perkasa. This was conveyed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Meutya Hafid, after conducting a fit and proper test on Andika Perkasa.

This Golkar Party legislator admitted that Commission I of the DPR is grateful for the dedication and hard work that has been carried out by Hadi Tjahjanto as Commander of the TNI. “We also appreciate his dedication,” he said.

Chairman of Commission I of the House of Representatives Meutya Hafid said that the approval of Commission I of the House of Representatives for Andika Perkasa to become the Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces was due to having held an internal meeting.
