The provincial government of DKI Jakarta will issue an official regulation regarding applications for entry and exit permits (SIKM) in the near future.
Plans for the DKI Jakarta SIKM are planned to be made online through the JakEvo application. SIKM will be used by residents who will travel out of town for urgent needs during the 2021 Eid homecoming ban on May 6-17.
Referring to Circular Number 13 of 2021 concerning the Elimination of the Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah Homecoming Day and Efforts to Control the Spread of Covid-19, there are several criteria for urgent needs that can be used as reasons for traveling out of town. Berita politik
The urgent needs referred to are visits from sick families, visits from grief of deceased family members, pregnant women who are accompanied by one family member, the interests of childbirth accompanied by a maximum of two people, and certain other non-homecoming interests accompanied by a certificate from the head of the local desar / lurah.
Manage SIKM through the application
Previously, Head of DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, explained that SIKM management can be done online through the Jakevo application.

“So the applicant filed through Jakevo online,” said Syafrin when contacted by telephone, Friday (30/4/2021).
The results will be sent online and the kelurahan signature will be in digital form or a QR code. The mechanism for submitting SIKM is by attaching or uploading the necessary administrative requirements.

SIKM Management Procedure
The following is how to arrange letters for urgent needs during the period of the Eid homecoming prohibition regulated in SE Number 13 of 2021:
- For employees of government agencies / State Civil Apparatus (ASN), employees of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) / Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), TNI soldiers and members of the National Police, attach written permits from Echelon II level officials who are equipped with a wet signature / electronic signature official and identity of the prospective traveler; Vitamin dan Suplemen
- For private employees, enclose a written permit from the company leadership which is equipped with a wet signature / electronic signature of the company leadership as well as the identity of the prospective traveler;
- For informal sector workers, attach a written permit from the Village Head / Lurah which is equipped with a wet signature / electronic signature of the Village Head / Lurah as well as the identity of the prospective traveler;
- For the non-working general public, attach a written permit from the Village Head / Lurah which is equipped with a wet signature / electronic signature of the Village Head / Lurah as well as the identity of the prospective traveler.
